Hankelow Probus walk

Approximately a dozen members set off on a walk organised and led by Mike Harthern from the White Lion at Hankelow.

We walked passed Hankelow Hall through fields to Coole Lane, where we joined the canal.

The weather looked as though it might rain, but soon cleared up when it realised Probus were out!

Along the canal and joined the footpath by Maugham's farm to the main road then Hankelow, where ladies were waiting to join us for lunch.

An excellent meal was provided by the White Lion staff, which concluded a most enjoyable morning.
