Probus Club make Donation to Wingate Centre

Audlem and District Probus Club makes a donation to the Wingate Centre at Wrenbury

Audlem Probus Club member Peter Hallett, donated a bottle of single malt whisky, which was raffled at the Club Christmas lunch, last year.
He requested that the proceeds, amounting to £104,be donated to the Wingate Centre at Wrenbury, a very worthwhile and deserving cause brightening the lives of individuals with special education needs and disabilities.
On Thursday, March 7th Jerry Sullivan, Audlem Probus club President, and Mike Hartland, Club Secretary visited the Wingate Centre and were given a guided tour by Mrs Rona Moroney, the CEO, following which we made the presentation.
